Appointments

What are your office hours?

Comprehensive Laser is open Monday-Friday from 9am–7pm and on Saturdays from 9am–3pm. We offer convenient scheduling options and almost all patients can be seen within the same week they call.

Do you offer walk-in visits?

In order to provide the highest quality of patient care we reserve time for our medical staff to meet with you. We currently do not offer walk-in visits and patients are seen by appointment only.

Please note that our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

How do I schedule an appointment?

For your convenience, we offer the following methods to schedule your appointments:

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

  • Completed Patient Forms
  • List of current medications and medical conditions.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

When a patient cancels or misses an appointment (without the minimum required notice) it prevents other patients from being treated. There is a $50 fee for all missed, rescheduled, no show or cancelled appointments without 24 hour advanced notice.

What equipment is used at your practice?

We only use the safest and most effective lasers to achieve your cosmetic goals:

  • Candela GentleMax Pro (Alexandrite 755nm and Nd:YAG 1064nm)
  • DEKA MotusAX Laser Hair Removal System (755nm)
  • Vivace Radiofrequency Microneedling System
  • Quanta Q-Plus C

What happens during my first visit?

We will conduct a thorough examination during your first visit to determine the best course of action to achieve cosmetic health and your goals.

You will meet with a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who will review your medical history and discuss your treatment options. Once cleared as a candidate, you may be treated immediately afterward.

Insurance & Billing

Do you accept insurance?

Since all of our procedures are cosmetic in nature, they are not covered by insurance.

What payment options do you offer?

Comprehensive Laser offers these payment options:

  • Cash or debit is preferred.
  • We also accept Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts – no service fees are charged when these methods of payment are used.
  • We do not accept personal checks.

Do you require payment at the time of the visit?

We will require payment in full, at the time of service. Due to the high demand for our services and treatments by our certified medical professionals – consultation fees must be paid at the time your appointment is booked.

Do you offer complimentary consultations?

Consultations are performed by licensed Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. Since these services are not covered by insurance, a consultation fee is collected prior to being evaluated. We reserve this time specifically for you to be evaluated and treated. A reservation fee of $50 will be collected at the time your consultation is booked. This non-refundable fee will be applied to any treatment package you choose to proceed with. Due to the high demand for our services and treatments by our certified medical professionals – consultation fees must be paid at the time your appointment is booked.

As cited in Chapter 10.32.09, Code of Maryland Regulations, all patients need to be evaluated by a Physician/PA/NP prior to being cleared for any laser-based treatment. The use of a laser/ IPL device for hair removal, tattoo removal etc. is considered a surgical act in the State of Maryland and medical providers are required to perform consultations for medical clearance before beginning treatments.
